Any character type not in the text to encrypt can also be used as Encryption Tools. Decrypting: Any Encrypted data must be loaded before being Decrypted. Retrieval of the proper Cypher-Key is the next step, it will unscramble the Encrypted text. The Decrypted text may then be saved to a file.
