New functions include: Multi volume snapshots, raw imaging and restore, AES encryption, conversion of images to virtual disks and consolidation of archives. The integrated
management console installs and configures Acronis components centrally and controls the backup and restore of the systems linked to the network. The status of individual or group tasks is clearly indicated. Flexible restore on dissimilar hardware and on a virtual machine is possible with the additional option Acronis Universal Restore.
